The AppLEAP team meets monthly to …

  • Review project management plans for technology initiatives and share implementation timelines and resource needs
  • Coordinate and plan for Banner upgrades and required system patch installations
  • Ensure integration of all projects in Banner and identify impact to business practices
  • Collaborate and vet methodologies for improvements to users’ experience with new functionality in Banner

Membership includes representation from the Registrar's Office, Admissions, Office of Student Financial Aid, Student Accounts, Information Technology Services (ITS), Institutional Research (IRAP), Business Systems, and several auxiliary areas. The Banner Student Lead, Tena Gulliver, serves as chair. AppLEAP team members evaluate any technology needed for new academic policy or university-programming that are initiated through the Enrollment Planning Council (EPC) for review.
